This year I set out to showcase women who built a small business from the ground up.  Women who had an idea, were determined to make it happen, and today are living their dream of doing exactly what they love to do.  These women are self-made, their own boss, and support and empower other females.  Every month I will share a woman-owned business in hopes that you will support her too! 

Meet Ayya, the boss behind Fine Wines & Lickers Dog Bar and Spa.  She opened the doors to her new storefront in May of 2022, but has been grooming pets for 11 years from the driveway of her home in a 1970s pink camper trailer.  Her brand may look different but the amazing service is still the same! For that reason I take my fur babies to her year after year.

She started Fine Whines & Lickers with the intention of providing a comforting environment for pets.  From the moment you walk in through the doors, you feel at ease knowing your fur babies will be just fine. They offer pet spa services including haircuts, massages and  scrub downs. Every package includes blueberry facials, signature ear wash, pawdicure, sanitary trim, and paw trim.

Fine Whines & Lickers sets out to create a social setting for dogs with their delicious doggy bone brews and cat wines!  These complimentary cocktails have amazing health benefits that your pet will love.  The doggy beers are made with an organic beef or chicken broth that can be catered to your dog’s needs such as allergy relief, hip and joint pain and skin & coat conditions. The brews are canned to-go or dressed in house with a peanut butter rim, beef/chicken crumbles and dog bone garnish .  My two doggies love their dog brews!
