To say that I was nervous… is an understatement. Up until this point, I had never photographed a newborn. Not only that, but I really wanted to capture beautiful moments for this wonderful family, and I was afraid to fail them. Upon Baby M’s arrival, I had hoped for this opportunity, and when it came, it felt like it was meant to be. My nerves soon disappeared, and I found joy in spending time with baby M. What I got from this moment is that it is never easy to try something new, but if I try, it may not be as difficult as I thought. And… I may find joy in the process. I still have a lot to learn as a newborn photographer, but I am willing to give it a shot so that I can capture more of these priceless moments in a baby’s life.
