I ended 2023 photographing the “G” family who traveled from out of state just to spend time here in San Antonio, Texas.  The weather was just perfect and the location we chose for their San Antonio photo session was just right to remember their holiday vacation.

The session was almost perfect too… except that I may have had a moment of panic at one point when I couldn’t locate my camera bag after setting it down on the ground.  I scared them just a bit and caused the whole family to run around like crazy by my side to try to locate it.  However, if there was going to be a family during a photo session that experienced that with me, I am glad it was them.  They were able to laugh it off with me when we finally found it exactly where I placed it.

Let’s just say that I have invested in a new camera bag that will prevent me from doing that again, and everytime I wear it I will think of this amazing family.  The last San Antonio photo session of 2023 was a great way to end my year.
