When I was a little girl, I lived in this state of worry and fear all the time!  That little girl never thought she would be a Child photographer in San Antonio.  I’d hold on tightly to my mother’s dress when we were at the store and i never would let go!

I don’t actually know why i seemed to navigate this world in that state of mind. I often wonder if there was one single moment in my short little life that scared me into being that way. It wasn’t until I was older that I began to take risks and do things i never thought i could.

I know that if it wasn’t for my family and my friends believing in me and constantly encouraging me to go for it all.. I wouldn’t be the person I am today. I am a Child photographer in San Antonio because of them!  I mean who would have thought that the little girl who was afraid to let go of her mom’s dress would be doing this blog right now.  But I am here and I am doing it!

And so if you have a daughter, if you have a hand in raising a little girl, if you are a mentor to someone like me… Lift her up!  Let her try new things. Encourage her to put that fear aside when going after something.  Give her the courage she needs to live the life she dreams of and you have to LET HER FLY!
