The last family photo session of 2022 was amazing, and the best part was that I got to meet the “H” family. We met at this super urban location on a warm December day, a location that mom had set her eyes on from the moment I mentioned it. We could have chosen a place to serve as the backdrop for their images that was a lot closer and with no time restrictions. However, this urban setting was the only thing mom asked for and I made sure she got it.
As 2022 comes to a close, I want you to know that I am incredibly grateful for all of you. This year gave me hope and the opportunity to grow after what seemed like the hardest two years as a business owner. The pandemic hit hard and I wasn’t sure if Jessica Idalia Photography would survive another year. I gave myself 12 months to make it work and I worked with everything I had to get JIP back on track. And it worked! This year allowed me to meet many more new families, gave me the chance to photograph even more seniors, helped me grow even more as a photographer, and gave me that spark that I had lost years before. And the best part, the year 2022 reminded me of why I love what I do.
I have so many plans for 2023 that I am so excited about. I cannot wait to share everything I have planned. Until then, I leave you with images from the last family photo session of 2022.
