Every year Be Merry Sessions (AKA… fall family minis) open for booking in July.  I wasn’t sure if I would be able to make it happen before the end of the month because this summer has been extremely busy.  But.. somehow it worked out and on the last day of the month it happened… be merry sessions are booking now!

If you’ve been a JIP follower for a while you know that these book quickly.  I only offer a few of these minis in the fall and so the number of slots are limited.  Many of you anxiously wait for this email to hit your inbox, and I can pretty much guess who will be the first to book.

Be Merry Sessions give you an opportunity to get those few family images that you desperately need to not only update your family portrait, but also that you need to design those incredible holiday cards that you will send out this holiday season.

The Locations

This year I have chosen six different locations that I just love so much.  Not only is the background gorgeous but the light is just golden.  Each location gives a different vibe, so I hope that you can find one that fits your vision for this year’s family portraits.  I am anxious to see which location sells out first. Some locations require a drive… but I promise that they are worth every mile you take to get there.  In addition, because some locations are very popular the only possible dates to shoot at are during the weekdays.  I hope that if you choose one of those locations that you will have enough time to arrange work/school activities around your session.  I promise that it will all be worth it!
