Looking back at the year when I turned 13… and yes it was quite a long time ago… I remember that was the year of so much change. It was the time in my life.. when I was too old to play with dolls but too young to really understand this think we call life.  But most of all.. it was a time when worries were almost invisible and there was a sense of wonder in everything I did.

this sweet girl.. who I have photographed since she was itty bitty..turned 13 last month and she is at a point in her life when so many things are changing all around her and she is discovering who she is.  She is surrounded by true friends and a family that loves her… and because of that… no matter how different things are in the next few years there is one thing that will always remain the same… her sweet, lovable, kind-hearted spirit.
